Terms of Service

Kyurations is built and operated by Krishna Kumar Soni. Where these terms say “we” or “us,” they mean Kyurations and its operator.

Kyurations lets you save links, articles, videos, images and notes, and arrange them into lists you keep private, share with people, or publish. Some features use AI to tag, summarize and organize what you save. We may add, change or retire features as the product develops, and we’ll give notice in the app or by email before removing anything you rely on.

• You need an account to save anything. Give us an email address you control, and keep your sign-in methods and access keys to yourself.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what assistants you've connected do on your instructions.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires it, to use Kyurations.

What you save and write stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to run Kyurations for you: to keep your library, to run the AI features you use, and to show the lists you publish to the people who visit them. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already made of lists you published.

Saved links point to other people’s work. Kyurations stores the details needed to recognize and find an item again; it does not give you rights to the underlying work, and publishing a list does not license what it links to.

When you publish a list or share it, anyone with access can see it. Don’t use Kyurations to:

• publish anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
• publish sexually explicit material, or content that harasses, threatens or exploits anyone;
• spam, mislead people about who you are, or pass off someone else's curation as an endorsement it isn't;
• probe, overload or get around the security of the service, or access accounts that aren't yours;
• scrape or resell the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.

We may remove published content or limit an account that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell you when we do.

When you connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, or paste a key into a tool, it acts on your library on your behalf, with the same permissions you have. You decide which assistants to connect, and you can revoke any of them in Settings at any time. The assistant itself is provided by someone else, under their terms.

Tags, summaries, list suggestions and assistant answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Some curators sell access to their lists. Payments are processed by our payment partner as the merchant of record, under its terms. A purchase gives you access to that list on Kyurations; it doesn’t transfer any rights in the list or the work it links to.

You can stop using Kyurations whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. If we close the service, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your library.

We work hard to keep Kyurations available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Kyurations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
